These poems were prompted by the 7 stages of grief, and the 10 C's of my one-human show, The HumAnnie. Following the idea to write these poems was challenging, necessary, and helpful. My wish is that this self-directed therapeutic writing exercise helps inspire you in your own healing, on your own terms.
